1. About the process

1.1 I will start the sketch, but only start working on the piece after the payment is done.

1.2 You will be informed when:

- I end the sketch;

- I finish lineart phase;

- I start coloring / rendering phase

- The project is done.

1.3 You can only request for changes in sketch and lineart phase, changes after those phases that are not related to coloring won't be done.

2. About deadlines

2.1 My default deadlines for simple projects (flat colors and chibis) are 5 days after payment, with 2 extra days if I can't get everything done within this time. For complicated projects (renders), the deadline is 10 days after payment, with 3 if I can't finish

2.2 If the extra deadline ends and I'm still not done, we can discuss so I can find a way to compensate you or a refund

2.3 If you annoy me about deadlines when I just started the thing, I wont awnser and you might be put in the blacklist if persistent

2.4 Deadlines might change depending on the project, especially if you order more than 1 art. Let's not forget that I have a life too.

3. Refunds

3.1 You cannot ask for refunds after art is in coloring phase, don't insist.

3.2 I can ask for refunds for whatever reason and at each phase I want.

4. Conduct

(all the violations get instant blacklist.)

4.1 You are not permitted to take my watermark off the project and repost it.

4.2 You cannot post the art without my credits on any media.

4.3 You can't take the credits for my art.

4.4 The usage of my art for AI training is PROHIBITED, even though it has AI disturbance.

4.5 Do not edit my art in any harmful way, like inciting violence or discrimination.

4.6 Do not disrespect me, my sexuality or my place of birth in any way while taking commissions from me. If I detect something that offends me, the project will be canceled, NO REFUNDS and you will def get exposed.

5. Commercial use

5.1 This needs to be disclosed before the project starts, and we are going to discuss about values. Im pretty chill abt this but also want my part of the bread
